Much like coaching sessions, consulting engagements are built to cater to the needs of each individual organization and team. As an impact consultant, my goal is ultimately to reach the vision of collaborative learning communities in which the vast majority of staff are eager and inspired to come to work, feel valued and empowered while at work, and end each day having fully unleashed their impact.
Because I know that this vision is realized within the work of the PEOPLE, I look beyond the products and programs and analyze patterns and consistencies to determine what teams or individuals need to "choose" and what they may need to "lose" or adjust in their practices and collaborative efforts. I intentionally and strategically work with these teams to identify individuals' native geniuses and multiply their intelligence so that organizations can build phenomenal capacity. While the work I do with teams is laser focused on data, it is done so through collaborative efforts that build collective efficacy and unleash your organization's impact!

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION
A coaching session is very individualized and catered to your needs based on your current reality. As an unbiased party, I am able to use strategic coaching and facilitation skills to notice patterns and consistencies throughout our conversation that ultimately helps you determine your first next steps. Once you schedule a virtual or call in session, I'll ask you to provide a brief explanation of what's on your mind so that our time together during the coaching session is maximized to its fullest potential. Each session is paired with a complimentary follow-up conversation to ensure you have exactly the support you need to unleash your impact!
