Leaders, Teachers, and Students shouldn't have to feel confused, defeated, or overwhelmed before they even begin! This makes going to work each morning a struggle and can completely deplete teacher capacity. I'm here to guide you to confidently shrink learning gaps, increase teacher capacity, and make your school the place everyone wants to be! Through our work together, your teachers and students will experience clarity, confidence, and pride!
What does it look like for us to partner together?
Schedule an Appointment
During our visit, I'll ask you to share what's on your mind about the learning gaps and teacher capacity in your school or district. Essentially, you'll share your story and current reality. I'll listen intently to understand. Allow Me to Create a Customized Plan After our appointment, I'll create a customized plan based on what you've shared about your students and staff. We'll decide whether I should work with the instructional leadership team, teams of teachers, or the staff as a whole. We'll also decide together what the right situation might be- a learning institute, observations and analysis, or both! Let's Make It Happen Together! We'll implement our plan together and ensure it is sustainable over time, which is REALLY exciting! We'll focus on PEOPLE over products and programs and your PEOPLE will walk away with:

-Amanda Brooks
The whole process was phenomenally laid out.

Casey was very personable, authentic, and down to earth. I appreciate her casual, but eloquent approach to facilitating conversations. I wish we had more time!
