Impact Coaching
An impact coaching session is very individualized and catered to your needs based on your current reality. As an unbiased party, I am able to use strategic coaching and facilitation skills to notice patterns and consistencies throughout our conversation that ultimately helps you determine a vision or goal as well as your first next steps as a leader in your space. Once you schedule a virtual or call in session, I'll ask you to provide a brief explanation of what's on your mind so that our time together during the coaching session is maximized to its fullest potential and you can fully unleash your impact!
Here's what you can expect when you invest in yourself with impact coaching:
- Pre-coaching questionnaire to help you reflect and set goals
- Individualized one-hour coaching session via Zoom
- Clarity around your vision and mission
- Defined first next steps after our time together
Each session is paired with a complimentary follow-up conversation on Marco Polo to ensure you have exactly the support you need to move forward on your own unique journey!

Interview Coaching Sessions
YOU can be the one to STAND OUT!!! And I can help you to do that! Interviews of any kind can be nerve-wracking! That's not unnatural or uncommon. EVERYONE experiences a little nervousness or anxiety when it comes to interviews (even if you're someone who, like me, LOVES interviews). But your nerves don't have to keep you from STANDING OUT! This is where interview coaching can be invaluable! After coaching sessions with me, I hope you'll have strategies and tools to help you feel confident and courageous as you prepare to interview (whether it's now or well into the future)! Let's see what's ahead for you and make it happen!
There are three options for coaching sessions:
- You can schedule a single one-hour session, including a pre-coaching question form and coaching session based on your responses.
- You can schedule two one-hour sessions, including the pre-coaching question form, a coaching session based on your responses, and a mock interview session with feedback.
- You can choose to partner with me as your coach through Marco Polo and engage in asynchronous chats about interviews. This can be done in a private Marco Polo conversation or in a group setting on Marco Polo.
