Meet Your Guide, Casey!

Casey earned my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's Degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. With a focus on effective collaboration and collective efficacy, her work centers on clarity-driven, committed teams lead by highly reflective leaders. Through her work with schools, non-profits, and businesses, she has discovered that leaders often lack formalized training and struggle to stick with it.  Casey partners with current and aspiring leaders to help them build capacity, retain their greatest people, and build dream teams (on purpose) through the craft of clarity.
